"En la habitación se escuchan todos los sonidos de las habitaciones vecinas, pasos movimientos de maletas, limpieza de la misma, en fin no se puede descansar por el ruido de los demás dentro del mismo hotel."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very excellent. The issues….firstly, the first room we were in was next to a room under construction. The banging and drilling and hammering began early and ended late. We were woken up by the noise and disturbed by the noise in the afternoon. We asked just to be moved to a room of the same class as we were in but without noise. The 2nd room was so small we were tripping over each other. It was probably 1/2 the size of the previous one. The bathroom was so tiny that 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The room was clean. The amenities were fine BUT it was definately no where near the value of the other room. We were so tired that we found a way to make ourselves comfortable as we were not moving again! We also want to note…the walls were so thin we heard the water running, the hair dryer blowing, and the conversations of the room next to us. As far as location…you can’t ask for better. As far as staff etc…..they were truly professional. Other than the room, our stay was great."

"On checking in they tried to give us a basic room which wasn't right as we had booked a superior terraced room. When we got to our room eventually it was made up for one person not two. The maid kept the room clean but very hit and miss if you got tea or coffee.We asked for an extra cup, milk and coffee it vexed the man delivering. The breakfast wasn't the best and the women worked very hard in the breakfast room . Lots of the crockery was chipped. We intended to eat in the restaurant on our last night and the had a function unusual in my experience they hadn't made another room available all that was available was snacks in the bar. If it was selling itself as a cheap hotel you would make allowances but it isn't. We were told that we couldn't use our Radisson points nor the promotion that Expedia gave us as we didn't book directly with the hotel."
