"Givana (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correct) but she was amazing. I’ve worked customer service in the States for 30 years and she was the definition of great customer service. She went above and beyond! The hotel was great the view from the pool amazing. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"It is very centrally located. The metro/train stations are 5 minutes away. Gran Via, Retired park, Cibeles are all 5 minutes away. The bus that goes directly to the airport is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores are across the street, as is San Anton Market. Loved the location! The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and very spacious. All the amenities are well-appointed. The check-in is online and was seamless. As we discovered, the online check-in is not common in Spain, even in big cities. That was a huge plus in my books. The price was reasonable given all these attributes. We LOVED our stay, and would highly recommend it."
