Beautiful property, great location. I suggest offering a la carte drinks in the breakfast menu - coffee was available a la carte but a juice was only available with the purchase of the breakfast buffet.

breakfast is provided by a restaurant which isnt part of the hotel. It comes at a fixed cost and it is not possible to just have coffee while sitting in the breakfast area, unless you pay Eur 35. So, if you plan to have breakfast with someone else who takes the buffet for Eur 35, you wont be able to sit with them unless you pay Eur 35 too, even for just a cafe.

For the level of hotel it is the breakfast is very poor and very expensive. The pool was being renovated. They should have put that on the website when you make a reservation.
