「Amazing apartment! We loved the apartment itself, the layout, 2 bathrooms, cleanliness and style etc. check in was so easy and I like that you’re given a code to get in. There’s a supermarket and coffee shop/bakery just across the road, so convenient. Restaurants and shops along the main road too. We got Ubers into different parts of Madrid everyday and was so cheap and the apartment was easy to find. 「El hotel es tal como se ve en las fotos. Habitaciones limpias y buen trato del personal. Bebidas de cortesía. Para comer hay opciones alrededor del hotel, en especial una cafetería de nombre Belsot, saliendo del hotel a la derecha, frente a la estación de Metro El Carmen, buena atención y buenos precios. Importante, el Metro esta en la esquina del hotel, y en pocos minutos se puede visitar cualquier sitio de interés en Madrid. Repetiría sin dudarlo en este hotel.」

「All of it stood out. Lovely rooms, hotel, facilities, location, atmosphere, style, comfort. The staff were all excellent too. 」

「El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica, a dos o tres minutos de una estación del metro. El checkin es a las 2:00 pm, sin embargo, en cuanto llegamos al hotel, a eso de las 12:00 pm, ya estaba lista y nos permitieron entrar. El personal de recepción es muy amable. El desayuno fue excelente. Productos de calidad, una amplia cantidad de alimentos, ¡un gran plus!. Éramos mis tres hijos y yo y la habitación fue perfecta para los 4 (3 adultos y un joven). 「I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.」
