Easy accommodation for just me and my partner as we were here just two nights, fam is provided which is good as there is no ventilation in the room and we had to have our door open out into the hallway where there was more air conditioning coming in

Easy to book, easy on-line check-in. I had a question about the Wifi network and they answered through whatsapp instantly. Room didn't have AC but the fan was enough.

Good location but not very comfortable

Small room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the walls did not have good sound proofing. You Can hear people in the corridors, street and other rooms. On the plus side, it was conveniently located around El Carmen station, just 200m from it.

Simple hotel

You get what you pay. There is no reception, they email you codes to get in the doors. The shower had hot water so that was good. It was a very simple hotel.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the outside and from other rooms. We had a problem with our lock and our room couldn't be locked and I never received an answer from the contact number. The place was about and 8 minute walk from the metro station and it was easy to check in.

Looks like the photos. Had some issues getting in but that was because we didn’t follow the registration directions upon arriving. Great neighborhood family quite and really value for money.

They charge 5€ for cleaning and the place wasn’t clean, hair all over and the floor was very dirty

KWANGIL

This shanty lodge didn’t even provide towel every day and didn’t clean the room. When arriving they didn’t allow to enter without paying 5 euro for deposit of cleaning. What’s worst is they can’t speak English at all. Without my Uber driver’s help I couldn’t do anything. It might have been nightmare.

Before we left Manchester they send us random email to pay them (Eur 83,68) and right before we get there ,received one more email they asked us to pay more which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the name of cleaning fee so we will get a clean room, ridiculous! We spend 2 hours outside as no one was responding and then they were like pay this cleaning fee as well then we will let u check in. Really bad service and annoying thing is shocking additional charges ,as they think people who come from other countries have extra money and they can do anything to take every penny out of their pocket!!

Las fotos del alojamiento del cuarto no concuerda como es en realidad, una toalla tenía manchas amarillas y el secador que había no funcionaba.

Hôtel correct avec le minimum. Néanmoins il y avait des traces marrons foncés sur le matelas ainsi qu'un oreiller. Le tabouret à disposition était luisant suite à un liquide non identifié dessus. Pour ce qui est de la douche, les poignées pour régler l'eau se trouvent au-dessus de la porte de la salle de bain. Enfin, de nombreux bruits d'ébat charnel ont été entendu durant toute la durée du séjour.

Pour juste dormir propre mais très basic ils économisent sur tout: serviette absence de serviette moyenne juste celle du bain petite Manque de prises électriques sinon recharge le tel on ne peut brancher le ventilo Douche pas pratique le pommeau à changer fixe pas rotatif, manque de correction de communication du personnel répondent à peine et fond semblant de ne pas comprendre les questions Manque d’explication pour les accès on découvre par nous même Pas de tv , pas de Clim pour une ville si chaude, pas de courtoisie , pas de ménage quotidien Idéal pour rentrer dormir (propre et à côté des transport non loins du centre.
