「My family had a great stay. Very clean and tidy room. Clean, comfy beds. Spacious room for a family of 4 with bunk beds. Reception and cafe was very lively and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and accommodating especially Christine who took care of our requests. 」

「The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Madrid-Puerta De Atocha station, and is just a walking distance to many Madrid tourist spots such as Puerta de Alcala, Royal Palace of Madrid, San Miguel Market….etc. I have had my room upgraded to a corner room, I am happy with this. Restaurants are everywhere around the hotel. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.」

"Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again."
