Excellent property to stay in Madrid. Great location, walking distance to entertainment, shopping, dining. Super attentive staff. Lucia from the Front Desk was great! Delicious breakfast, best in town.

Great hotel, everything was clean, staff service was great, great location. The only thing not that great was that the room was not ready at 2 pm as expected. We ended up getting it around 3 pm. Not very convenient after a long trip when the only thing that you are looking foward is to taking a shower and taking some rest.
