Amazing stay and great service. Had issues with AC that were sorted within 30 mins. Great location as well, super walkable. The apartment is well equipped, they even provide a charger, tote bag and water bottle for use during your stay- super thoughtful! Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect with a nice coffee shop downstairs. We had an issue with the apartment door code but we called and were able to get a key right away. Apartment was clean and perfect for our accommodations! The washing machine was a bonus especially since my luggage got lost. I would highly recommend staying here!

We chose this place since it was right around the corner from our daughter’s apartment. Bob is located in a great spot, very central, large apartment with all the amenities for a family, clean and walkable. Laundry was a nice touch. Cons: we arrived late and tired with 4 suitcases, no phone service and it took us 30 mins to get into our room. The keyless entry was broken and there were NO instructions on what to do. We were lucky to find someone else in the same boat with cell service who was on the phone with a staff member in the office. When I finally connected to WiFi, Our key # was wrong in the WhatsApp chat so the guest on the phone helped us out. We had to help 4-6 separate guests over the week to find the key due to poor instructions. It was a heatwave so we were glad to have ac which unfortunately did not work. There were no fans when requested because it was very hot, so we had a buy one. The QR codes on electronics (Ac/oven/microwave) lead to nowhere so there were no instructions. I would have given Bob 5 stars but cannot due to these challenges. Having said that I would come back with family for space and convenience to the train station and the local neighborhood feel. I hope everything is fixed if/when we return.

Very Convenient!

Great location, central but quiet Loved the concept of having the quality of a hotel but with the convenience of an apartment. For a work trip this is ideal, I used the gym pass that was included and also very convenient to have a washing machine, cooking options etc.

We have an excellent stay at Bob W Arte. The facilities provided were spotless, the staff courteous and attentive when required. It’s located within 5 mins walk of a super market, across the road from a food market, and within 10 mins walk of 3 Metro Stops. There’s a good coffee shop just next door and a couple of decent places to eat close by. It’s provided us with a good snap shot of Madrid living. Getting around Madrid was easy too.
