"This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

The views from up there are absolutely stunning — the perfect way to end a day exploring the city. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. You won't find a better spot!"
