Great location on Gran Via and walking distance to thousands of shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc... We were allowed an early check in, staff was wonderful and the place was even better than the pictures.

Pleasant Stay

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. This room is suitable for people who require mobility support. The bathroom is large and equipped with special hand-bars in the shower. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location and most attractions are within walking distance.

Awesome location, Great staff.

Excellent location with a friendly staff. Some parts of the hotel are being renovated but that didn’t affect us. Huge shout out to their front desk / reception staff for being caring, helpful and extremely polite. Not all rooms have a good or any view.
