The location was perfect—in a pedestrian zone, an easy walk to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the Prado. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the staff were friendly and professional. The front desk staff arranged our taxi back to the airport, and the transfer was seamless.

This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights.

Great location, central to most tourism places in the heart of madrid. As it is the city center, though. Don't expect a quiet night however, we were so tired anyways from traveling that we didn't have any trouble sleeping. Excellent breakfast, great water pressure for the shower, and our room came with a small terrace we could stand on to enjoy the fresh air. Would definitely recommend!

Property is well kept however due to construction on a new bar downstairs the breakfast area does double duty. Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful, staff helpful and friendly. Front desk had a couple women that were great but the men really were not and seemed put out when asking for assistance. Music plays all day in stairwell and public areas rather loudly and same artist over and over.

Location was perfect. Right in between Plaza Mayor and Puerta Del Sol. But also not so close that it was loud if anything was going on at Sol (was there recently during pride). Very walkable to major tourist attractions. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfy. Appreciated the breakfast in the morning which had quite a bit of variety. Would absolutely stay here again.
