The service was shocking. The bearded guy at reception barely acknowledged us the whole time we were waiting to check in/check out. I asked if he had a charger for my phone-he rolled his eyes as hard as he could. I ordered some food at drinks in the restaurant whilst waiting for the to be ready and they messed that up as well. On the plus side the room was clean and the location was great. Would I stay here again in the future? Absolutely not.
