「I love the lobby ，so classic ，so unique！」

「Hotel très bien situé dans Soho, à proximité des stations de métro. Vue époustouflante sur tout New York : un bonheur de rentrer dans sa chambre et d'assister à ce spectacle. Pour le reste : chambre correcte mais sans rangement, lit confortable et de belle taille, salle de bain spacieuse. 」

「There was a lot of construction in the building next to the hotel. It made it difficult to get on and out. Parking was also am issue. 」

「周围吃饭的地方比较多，外部环境一般，房间内还可以，毕竟在纽约，寸土寸金。前台服务态度很好。」

「Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to breakfast spots, subway and whole foods or smaller convenience stores. Not enough lockers but we could leave our luggage at the front desk which was nice. Beds are uncomfortable glad I brought my own pillow. The sofa bed is not a bed we bought an air mattress on the second day. We were on the wrong side of the building very noisy due to the traffic outside. Would have liked a separate shower not a tub you stand in with...

「If you’ve stayed at a Motel One in Europe before, then you know not to expect too much in terms of amenities. However, the room had everything we needed: a small fridge, iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected; we were able to fit two large suitcases. Staff were very friendly and the location is great for transport, particularly if you’re planning on using the ferries. All in all a good experience.」

「Points positifs : localisation idéale et chambre confortable. Points négatifs : Sur un séjour de six nuits, il a fallu insister le troisième jour pour que la chambre soit nettoyée comme prévu. Les ascenseurs sont capricieux ( ce qui peut être gênant sur un hôtel de 30 étages). Et une cafetière/bouilloire dans la chambre serait appréciable.」

「马路噪音大，夜深时尤其吵。室外装饰灯太亮，窗帘不挡光，巨大缝隙放进亮光。台灯不受开关控制，时亮时灭，如同鬼火。冰箱声音巨大。」

「服務人員親切、附近交通便利、位置佳，我預訂了6個晚上的住宿。只是床太軟、枕頭更軟，雖然向櫃檯反應了數次，也更換了枕頭兩次，枕頭卻仍然偏軟而難以入睡，失眠了四個晚上。第五天在附近的商店買了較硬的枕頭，最後兩天就很好入睡。如果飯店可以準備少數較硬的枕頭以解決住客的睡眠問題，就會比較完善。」

「The rooftop bar was amazing. If you stay here, do not miss an opportunity to have a drink iup there. Rooms were well put together HOWEVER, the music was so loud the last two nights of my stay in the club area, I literally could not sleep. I was awake until 2am ? and had to get up for a flight....two nights in a row. Choose a room on a higher floor. They called this an "upgrade" but it was really not. I was on Floor 3 」
