"Overall it was not terrible. The shower couldn’t get hot and the front desk said it was because others were showering which was annoying. The shower by the end of our 3 day stay didn’t drain. The pool is honestly gross and has almost no room. The room walls are very thin and we could hear the TV from the room next to us. Overall not the worst i’ve experienced, but can say confidently we will not be back. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The staff here were really nice and friendly. The deck was so nice to enjoy the river, dolphins and sunsets. There are nice rocking chairs to lounge in out there. We enjoyed breakfast and social hour daily in the lobby. Rooms have a mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine. There was no microwave in the room. But there is one in the lobby. Parking was easy and safe. We walked over the bridge a few times to enjoy the shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. And we found a neat thrift shop close by as well. The rooms are clean and bright. We’ll definitely be back to stay here again!"

"Very spacious suite. Could have used a sharp knife or scissors in the kitchen. Very pleasant staff and decent complimentary breakfast. Please be advised that you have to pay for parking, which wasn't advertised on third-party site. Would book again "

"The team was kind and our room was clean. The location was near the amphitheater and also near the historic town of St Augustine. "

"The only good thing I have to say is the lady at the front was nice and the location was good. We didn't even wind up staying bc of the overpowering odor in the room. It wreaked of mildew so bad and i have severe allergies and asthma. We booked 3 nights and they wouldn't refund the full amount which i feel they should have considering we couldn't even stay one night. I do Not recommend this place!"

"Understandable that near the beach things may be more humid. Room smelled musty and sheets felt damp. It's an older motel that was remodeled. Towels were dingy and the AC definitely was controlled or not working. Ok for a night or 2, but it wouldn't be my choice for a longer stay. Great area/location in the St Augustine Beach area with a convenience store very close along with a few restaurants."
