「Great experience」

「The beds in our assigned accessible room were too low. I was unable to get out of bed without assistance. Also, I asked for a third room key card after he handed me 2. So he activated another card. I handed out the cards and went to the room to find out the first two did not work. I went back to the counter and he said that the third card deactivated the first two and gave me two more cards. These two worked and the third one was deactivated. I said that it does that. Why on earth did he not...

「There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap.」

「This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.」

「I took the same ride last summer. Happened upon this Comfort Inn by chance. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was so amazing and the room/property so clean and kept nice, I made it a point to stay on my way back home last year, and stay there once again on the start of my journey this time. I love this place.」
