"The property is very outdated for the price. The staff are nice and warm hearted which is good. The location is meant for family vacation primary focuses on kids. Dinner was good but because there are so many kids its kinda annoying. The breakfast was horrible. I should've research a bit more before choosing this place. "

"The check-in process was smooth. Accommodation for early and late luggage storage. The facility was clean and in good condition. Well-thought activities for kids! My 4-year-old and 2-year-old had great time here at South Garden Hotels and Resorts. Would love to stay again when we come back to Taiwan! "

"Pros: Convenient location. Updated room. Cons: Loud restaurant on first floor. Bathroom did not have hand soap provided. A/C not working properly - could not lower temperature… so had to decide between blasting at 18 degree Celsius when outside was 17 degrees… or turn off"
