Good Hotel

My stay from check-in to check-out was truly excellent. I especially loved the view from the room. The location is very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Hsinchu.

The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Same as the manager from the breakfast restaurant, they let me enjoy the breakfast and working on the payment later. They are very nice. I will definitely come back again. Thank you

Nice for business stay. Less for family stay~

I took my family to catch the tail of summer expecting to hang in the pool and just chill. When we/ve arrived, we were surprisd to find out the pool was overstuffed with kids with such a small pool. The entire floor were crowded with kids running around. We did not get to enjoy the facility as planned. It was a shame that there were no crowd control to limit the facilities to keep the area simple and quiet~ Perhaps this is a place more suitable for business stay as it is very near the infamous original Hsinchu tech/industrial area.

Terrible experience, especially front desk office.

Parking area is 500M to the hotel. Bad service and attitude of front desk officer. I never had an unpleasant experience with front desk officer. This hotel should be 2 star hotel, not 4 star or 5 star

Everythig was fine. But internet connection was terrible! It was hard to get internet connection. Even thouth internet is connected, the speed is super slow.
