"We stayed one night on a layover for a connection to San Francisco. Check-in was quick and 5s staff was very helpful. Breakfast was as nice as any hotel we have stayed in, great variety of food and excellent flavor and freshness. The shuttle to the airport was on time and just a quick 10 minute ride from the hotel."

"The place was clean and the staff were very respectful. Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status. The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it. I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue. Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas."

"This is a really great hotel overall, but there is one issue worth mentioning. It’s surprising that a five-star property has what feels like a dog kennel element, with noticeable smells in parts of the outdoor recreational area. From what I could see the dogs are there on a pet rental scheme. On our only night there, there were multiple occasions where the pack of dogs began barking, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It’s difficult to see how this business model aligns with a hotel of this calibre. That said, everything else was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, the recreation facilities were enjoyable, staff super friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean."
