"Everything about this hotel is awesome from the breakfast to the snacks to the early dinner option, the bar the concession area and the hotel conditions, and even the customer service A1!"

"This hotel desperately needs an upgrade, the rooms are so old it almost smells like mold, the sheets were very rough they felt like sandpaper, housekeeping definitely doesn’t change the sheets, when we took a shower the tub wasn’t draining and the carpet was soaked in some spots I’m pretty sure it had to do with the tub, the only reason we stayed was for MegaCon and how close it was, would we come back? No way. "

"Suite was excellent. Extra room was well worth it. Food very good. We had diet restrictions and there were sufficient foods to meet it. On the down side, room needs more space to hang clothes and towels."
