"Close to Universal Studios and several amenities available on site. Hallways weren’t cleaned in a timely manner. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful while others made me feel like an inconvenience."

"the rooms were quite clean, tidy and neat. One thing I didn't understand was why a Coffee Maker and No coffee, etc. I suppose that was to force one to go downstairs and wait in line at Starbucks? The food court was quite ample with plenty to choose from, although quite pricy! The pool and pool deck were amazing! Perfect for all ages , including babies and seniors. We definitely Loved the Free Shuttle to and from the different Parks!! Minimal wait times as the shuttle is a large bus with plenty of room for all! Thoroughly enjoy our mini vacay!"
