I mainly booked this hotel to go to Disney, but the shuttle wasn't for the other parks and didnt leave enough time to use. The beds were alright, rooms need more cleaning and fix some lights. Its good for a cheap night stay, but not worth it unless you are going to Universal. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were limited but taste very well. Prior to booking a property fee was made aware. Additional fees were hidden and disclosed upon arrival such as 50$ deposit and 15$ nightly fee for parking per car. There is a sign stating there are smoking designated areas in lobby but there were customers smoking right outside lobby door filling up the lobby and cafeteria area with the smell. Staff did not advise people to move to alternative areas.

I was kinda worried at first if it would be a good hotel but I stand corrected... It was pretty good/ decent hotel. We only stayed for a day! For what is worth.. It was a pretty decent hotel and great location for stuff near by! 7 out of 10. Front desk Linda (I believe that was her name) was very kind and sweet while checking in! Would definitely book again. Breakfast was pretty good too!
