Wonderful staff and great hotel! We only stayed one night, but this was our second time at this property—great location near SeaWorld and diverse restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

There was minimal parking but they allowed you to park at the entrance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was extremely humid when we came in which is probably why the metal ladder to the bunkbed was rusty.

We had some last minute changes and they were beyond accommodating. We booked the family room last minute and will be booking our future stays here. Parking was not great but they were kind enough to let us park in the EV spot that was vacant. Staff was great. Rooms were spacious. Definitely would recommend.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Staff was nice, but our room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, as well as the actual room ceiling near the bed. Also, the nightstand next to the bed was full of dust. Aside from this, we did like that the hotel offered parking. The location is great. I just wish the rooms were better kept up with. Hopefully this is something that they can better in the future.
