"Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package. "

The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame.

Beautiful pools, very attentive staff who were very polite and friendly and the hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje with lots of quality restaurants and shops within easy walking distance along the beautiful sea promenade. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "
"The property was well maintained the biggest pool was under maintenance so every one was at the kids and other pool. It was packed but not too crowded surprisingly. The entertainment nightly was amazing . They have a kids club for teenagers and younger kids that was amazing. I highly recommend for a family vacation . The food choices were endless I did only the breakfast package. They even accommodated my early morning departure and provided entry to the breakfast area. The beach access for the property was not the greatest it was a big rocky if you don’t mind . Hotel was easily accessible to the bus ."

Everything is done right there and sunbed monitored for use to stop people keeping them without use.
