「Great stay at the facility. The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff. Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring.」

We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

Breakfast was a bit busy, but staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable their job inside out. Rooftop bar was great, with a quiet, relaxed vibe. All pool areas clean, well thought out and beautifully maintained.」
