「Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken...

「Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. 」

The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last...
