"Excellent room, excellent house keeping and room services. Large breakfast selection. Mirador food not great at all, breakfast service for coffees, teas etc very slow/had to remind them of order as regularly finished breakfast before coffee was brought out. Spa facilities not included unlike other ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in. Service and food overall was a little disappointing but the hotel served its purpose as we weren’t staying planning to stay at the hotel throughout day anyway."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"

"We had a great holiday at this hotel at a good price for four people. The only downside that our room was not clean for three days. We stayed at the third floor and it was very windy most of the time,the two swimming pools was lovely and plenty of sunbeds.The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. South tenerife airport is near this hotel around 10 t0 15 mins by taxi and planes do fly over this hotel but this is not that bad."

"The property was very close to the airport but secluded which allowed for privacy and quiet. The staff was amazing, always helpful and attended to our every needs."

"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."
