「It was our second stay in Los Abrigos and we loved it even more than the first time. Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress. The hotel is very clean, with good functional kitchen, good insulation.

「This is a great all inclusive hotel. If you can afford it, the royal level is well worth it for the upgrades it brings. The rooms were good and the food in all outlets was also good. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
