Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. We will definitely stay here again! We loved the newness, cleanliness, adequate space and comfortable beds. The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids! We are very pleased ...
