「Overall good stay!」

「False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend」

「The rooms were just ok. Not as clean as they have been in the past. We had to move rooms due to loud dog barking. Then the second room smelled of dog. We were actually placed in room just below loud dog barking and thumping around. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I don't usually like Continental breakfast but I will say for a Continental breakfast it was better then other places.」

「We stayed at Osprey/Driftwood. We didn’t realize the driftwood side was not accessible and we were on the second floor. When we talked to staff, they were able to find us another room to meet our needs. The staff at check-in, housekeeping and bar were very friendly. We met the owners too. Great people. Many guests we met return every year, some 2 or 3 times. This place isn’t a 5 star resort, but the views are amazing, it’s on the beach, has 3 pools, one heated, one shallow (up to 3 feet) and...

「The room looked like a landlord special. The toilet had cracks in it, the floor was all scraped up. There weren't any bugs, so it was clean in that sense, but the baseboards had visible dirt and hair on them and the walls had splatters.」

「The hotel is pretty old, and for the price it is not worth it. The bottom pool lights do not work so they have to shut it down before the listed closing time. When we arrived the ac was not functioning I asked to be moved to a different room and they said maintenance had to go inspect my room first this was at 4pm by 7pm no one had gone and the front desk said maintenance had not received the message. I ended up reaching out to Expedia and getting a different hotel.」
