The safe was amazing! Very helpful! I loved how adorable my room was, and the breakfast was great. I would keep in mind that the check is super simple and check out as well. I def see myself coming back again !!!!

This hotel is super clean. The only concern that I have is with the housekeeper. She did not clean the shower.

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

Excellent comfortable clean room a short walk from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden theatres. Breakfast offered a good variety of options for all appetites. Hotel restaurant worth checking out for pre-theatre dining.
