Immaculately clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I booked an accessible room which is larger than the usual rooms, and I would definitely do so again in the future (assuming it was available and not needed by someone with a disability). I love that there is a bar and restaurant on site, although the excellent location also makes it very easy to pop out for food or drinks too. Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever booked in London. Already planning when to come back.

The first room I was allocated, the electrics weren't working so I couldn't get in. The second room I was allocated was next to a fan or ventilation system and was really noisy. The staff were helpful and gave me another room, which was fine. Good location. Ideal for an overnight stay. I didn't have breakfast.

The room generally was good, except the bed - hard as wood, I got very little sleep. Also, the green light on the ceiling from the smoke detector completely lit up the room when the lights were off. I was hoping with a windowless room, I would get a completely blacked out room. Apparently not 😢 Staff were friendly.
