"The resort felt a bit dated. We were on the first floor and the room let in a lot of noise from vehicles and guests. The food choices at the all-inclusive were subpar. The Italian restaurant and sports bar had decent food, but the seafood, Mexican, and steakhouse restaurants were all incredibly disappointing. The marina location is fun, but you will be pestered by vendors frequently. I will return to San José del Cabo next time as I much prefer that more serene area."

"Where do I begin, everything was amazing the staff truly make it the best experience, so attentive and friendly always making sure you are well taking care off. We can’t wait to come back! The food at every restaurant was delicious so many options, and the pool and beach were the icing on top. "

"We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."

"Really nice hotel with everything you need. Connected to other three hotels that belong to the same chain of hotels. People are extremely nice and want to make you feel like you are at home all the time. "

"Everything was excellent! Beautiful!! Food and service top notch! The only difficulty for older people is the bathtub. Very difficult to get in and out. Not recommendable for people with mobility issues. "
