"Me cargaron más de lo que costaba la habitación. Lo corregieron al siguiente día, pero aún así no fueron muy resolutivos en persona cuando pedí me aclararan lo que pasó. El cuarto huele a caño, usamos 3 cuartos de diferentes amigos y todos huelen igual. Había cabellos en el baño. El proceso de checkout es muy lento porque revisan todos los cuartos para ver que no falte nada, y necesitábamos salir rápido a un compromiso."

"We had a wonderful time while my husband and I were there, but I do have to say, we were very surprised to hear upon check in that we needed to pay a $70/day “Resort fee” on top of our already paid stay, which wasn’t disclosed (or if it was, it was in the smallest of fonts!).
