Friendly, clean and convenient place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. We loved the colorful and unique atmosphere. The palapa is lovely and offer a private patio, it may be noisy at night especially in the weekend. It is close to everything: restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the harbor.

Front office stood out the most , Maggie was wonderful helpful guided us accommodating as well . Very cute hotel with greenery and colorful decor n design, sadly I would have to say i wish it was cleaner, rooms stairs and courtyard, the kitchen area definitely needed looking after. Otherwise we had a good visit.

Anything and everything within and just outside the hotel can be heard from the rooms. I would accept this given the location and design of this hotel, but during my stay there was some drunk guy being absurdly loud and screaming into his phone all night. Im doubtful that he was a guest and it was too loud and clear for him to not have been in the hotel lobby. As a native spanish speaker, I knew he was using violent language. No staff on site, I tried calling both U.S and local numbers from their site multiple times for some peace of mind, but no one answered. Regardless of quality of hotel or its location, theres no excuse for absence of staff to divert this kind of dangerous behavior.

We absolutely love this place! The staff works hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay. The rooms are always clean and tidy. When we visit, the other guests make it feel like a small community; we've made some great friends there. This is our 2nd time there and will definitely be back again.

Great location. Rooms are very basic. Had a great time at the Cabo Inn. If you are looking for a laid back place that has more of a Mexican style experience and are on a budget then I’d recommend this place.

I loved the Cabo inn, both concierges, Jorge and Maggie were incredibly helpful with food and activity recommendations, Ana did a great job cleaning our room and making sure we had clean towels, the property is beautiful the surrounding area is very walkable and close to the beach, someone else said in their review there was no pool, there definitely is it’s on the 3rd floor that person may not have gone up there. I love that they are able to keep the rates affordable this is one of the only budget friendly hotels in Cabo and we appreciated it so much!! We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Cabo.

Staff were wonderful. Truly genuine people wanting guests to have an amazing time in Cabo. The place was clean. Location is convenient to so many places and things to do. Excellent for that. The area felt safe for walking around, even after dark. Many good local restaurants within a few blocks as well as the busy, tourist places at the harbor. Things to be prepared for. The top floor rooms are beautiful, but not entirely walled. Meaning, curtains are the thing between you and the rest of the hotel public areas. At night if the lights are on inside, you can see what’s happening in the room from the street. Still, it’s so pretty and spacious it’s hard to complain. Just be prepared. If you’re looking for traditional hotel rooms, this isn’t your place. If you want a local and traveler vibe, you’ll love it. Water pressure is not consistent. Be prepared to play, will I have enough water to shower? Will the shower stay on the whole time? There’s mosquito netting because it’s not actually a room - use it or be eaten up overnight. Without walls be prepared to be woken up by traffic, bells, loud music, and motorcycles. There’s a lot of street noise in the area, late into the night and starting at dawn. I was tired enough each night to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper you might need earplugs. Water is not potable. Bring a filter or life straw or buy bottled water. Walmart supercenter and many groceries are within a short walk. Overall it’s a great value for the price.
