「The staff was excellent; specially Jesus at the beach. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The only reason I booked staying at this resort was the fact that you could swim at the beach. Needless to say, on Saturday July 13th, we went down to the beach around 8:00 a.m. and it was nice and peaceful. Then around 11:00 a.m. it became a chaotic seen. People from a Carnival Cruise liner that had docked near the hotel came and took over the entire beach. There were at least 200 people who rented...

「My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visited during spring break, and I was a bit concerned that it might be crowded or have a loud party atmosphere. Fortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. The resort felt relaxed, and we never encountered any disruptive behavior. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room had been upgraded. It was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchenette along with an in-room washer and dryer was a huge convenience for our family....

「The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge.
