「Sin duda, es un bonito hotel. Me gustaron mucho sus instalaciones, ya que se encuentran bien cuidadas, limpias y ofrecen un ambiente muy agradable para descansar. Además, la atención del personal fue excelente; siempre fueron amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. 「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「It’s so easy. Stayed many times. Close to everything. Views. Pool. A/c. Secure & safe. Friendly hard working staff. Very accommodating. Same goes for the restaurant folk next door. The only terribly tragic flaw is the shower head is so bad. There’s one setting. Needles. The spray will take off a layer of skin. Nothing is perfect. Just BYOSH. (Bring your own shower head)」

「Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. The sales pitch for a tour of another property and spa right at the beginning at check in is also not a good way to start after just...
