We stayed at Médano for a total of 3 nights and felt that it was perfect for our needs. We needed to add a night last minute and they were very accommodating and let us stay in the same room. The pool and recreation area was fantastic- the biggest surprise was their massive gym (also open to public) with all the equipment you could ask for. The staff was friendly. Médano is not quite luxury or beach front so if that is what you are looking for there are hotels closer to the beach. Otherwise it is extremely convenient to restaurants, beach, and the marina and I would recommend.

Place looks a little dirty. Maid service not great, forgot towels, etc. Listing says free water bottle, but it’s only two bottles per day. One man at front desk was very nice, but the ladies team were not helpful. Listing says free breakfast. But, it’s only one item from menus in downstairs restaurant. Rest you have to pay if you want anything else. Overall okay average place. Bed was comfortable. I will not stay here next time if I come back to visit.

A clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel near Medano Beach and the marina. Staff were always available and accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job. Nice clean pool area with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and fresh towels. Morning breakfast (included) is coffee, fresh orange juice, and one of about 10 tasty options from menu. Quick and friendly service from Hadassa, Jovani, Jose, and others. On-site restaurants are very good.
