「I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. 「MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. 「Beautiful property. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Multiple stairs but elevators were available except for beach access.」

「This property is a hidden gem with a wonderful and accommodating staff. Our rooms were very comfortable and the outdoor areas were so quiet. The ocean view from the pool has been partially blocked by a condo but you can see it from other areas. We will stay here again. 」
