Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, you could tell everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. We had TWO concierges who took care of all our requests. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the ambiance is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Hotel was excellent. Staff and service, food was excellent! Cesar our ambassador was excellent and gracious . Good and service at all restaurants were amazing ! Mina was our favorite ! The pool was fantastic , Ricardo at the pool and Maria our pool server were the BEST !

The employees were wonderful! Very welcoming, the hotel was super clean and everyone was extremely polite and nice. Our concierge Napoleon, gets an A+.
