El hotel es nuevo, y todas las instalaciones son limpias, nosotros optamos por ahorrar en el. Hospedaje para gastar en actividades, frende al hotel está un soriana donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites para los tours que planeas (alcohol y botana jeje) está a 15min en uber de la marina, sinceramente es una buena opción, cuenta con agua caliente y ninguna falla en aparatos eléctricos, el área de oportunidad que tienen es en la administración, el desayuno es muy ligero y pequeño, en expedia dice desayuno incluído pero en el hotel comentaron que solo eran dos por cortesía, hicieron limpieza pero no llenaban con papel o se les olvidaba, tuvimos que hacer cambio de habitaciones porque unas no tenían plancha, o caja fuerte, adicional a ello con los empleados, el desayuno comienza a las 7am y como salíamos de tour preguntamos si ya podíamos bajar y la respuesta fue "depende de a qué hora llegue la de la cocina", y pregunté ¿a qué hora debe de entrar y me dicen "a las 7 pero luego llega 7,8... Sinceramente me sentí mal porque no es una respuesta que esperas si se supone que laboran ahí, al final salimos tarde por desayunar y pues si espero también mejoren eso porque uno se basa en lo que paga y eso atrasa nuestro itinerario. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, tiene mucho potencial el hotel solo la administración por el personal espero y mejore, tiene excelente ubicación y muchos puestos de comida tradicional.
