From check-in to departure, the staff consistently impressed us with their friendliness and attentiveness. The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The beach was one of the highlights—beautifully maintained, with clear blue water and a calm, peaceful setting. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available. The food was consistently good, with plenty of choices across the different restaurants. Overall, we felt the resort offered great value for money. We would definitely consider returning and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience in Cancun. "

"When we arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, and nobody could help us to our building. It's far from the front desk. I asked many places and staff, but nobody could provide an umbrella. A little disappointed with the service."

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada.
