「Very disappointing experience at Hotel Henry. Before checkout, I asked if the hotel could hold our luggage due to a delayed flight and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The next morning, the same employee told us storage was “first come, first serve,” leaving us stuck carrying luggage around NYC in the rain.
