"I really enjoyed our stay, it was really spacious we did the one bed and it looked like an apartment the bathroom was spacious, came with a living room area/ kitchen. the staff was great and there was security at night walking around. i would stay here again its really family oriented so if you have kids its perfect! "Stayed at this resort during the last week of June and had nothing but a truly beautiful, welcoming, and amazing trip. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great restaurant selection as well as having a buffet open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of beach chairs to choose from with no need to reserve. The staff who bring your drinks to you are always so kind and will remember your name. I always made sure to tip well and often because they really do go above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back!"

"The staff is terrific from check in to check out. Very attentive and friendly. I thought the food was very good, varied and always available. We mostly visited the buffet, my husband prefers this over the dining experience. The restaurants were open air it was very warm for dinner reservations. Pool and bar staff were great. I highly recommend floating out in the bay, warm water, gentle waves, so relaxing. I do believe the pools are due for an update as the tiling is worn and missing in some spots. I’d also like to see the playroom have longer hours for the littles. It was very difficult to walk by with our two year old who couldn’t go in when she saw other children playing inside. They were only allowed in twice daily during posted hours. We learned the hours and avoided walking past during off times. Overall it’s a great resort, with friendly hard working staff, comfortable beds), good food, and a beautiful beach location. Our family of eight (2-72) had a great time."

"Lo mejor: servicio al cliente. Desde el personal de la alberca (Jacinto), playa (vidal), recepción (todos), ama de llaves (Laura), meseros en ambos restaurantes (Raúl en particular). Suficientes camastros (aunque hay quienes los apartan a pesar de supuestamente no estar permitido y alguna que otra gente con sus bocinas). Cuartos amplios, limpios y todo funcionando a la perfección. Buena comida y bebida (nosotros optamos por todo incluido y excelente). Gerencia al pendiente de todo. Altamente recomendable. "
