「The check-in was horrible! Only one person working at the desk for the whole hotel??? No entertainment. No music at the adults pool. The staff is not nearly as friendly as the other hotels I’ve been to in puerto Vallarta. By far the worst experience- choose another hotel I guarantee you’ll have a better time.」

「I don't think I've ever had a bad hotel experience in my travels until now. However, let me clarify. The staff (restaurant quality, amazing waiters, waitresses, cleaning staff, and front desk-all EXCELLENT). The actual room however is a different story.
