「Staff were wonderful, friendly helpful. Had an unexpected issue with fridge in the room, they wasted no time even though it was late in the evening, they replaced the fridge. Beach and bar area was very relaxing and clean. 」

「The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing.」

「首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。」

「We loved our room, the lovely pool and the staff was very helpful! Easy to take uber to/from or for walkers you can take a 10 min hilly walk to the beach and town along a busy road. 」
