"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. Regular construction for next week. What’s not under construction needs work! No plugs work by pool. Half the light bulbs work in villa. Hot tub - warm no bubbles. Pool freezing cold.
