"The staff were very friendly, making the entire stay pleasant from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings were quiet, which made it easy to relax. The room was also quite spacious, providing plenty of comfort during the stay. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting Amherst, as the location is very convenient. "

"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. Food was mediocre but portions large. Staff were polite but clearly miserable. This hotel used to be so pretty and upscale and now it’s full of screaming children and annoyed people traveling for work. Would never return. "
