From the time I checked in on a Friday evening, we had no shower working. I called the front desk and they were gonna find someone but it was very late so I told them I was leaving first thing in the morning 7 AM and they would have all day to fix it. I came home at 10:30 at night and the shower still wasn’t fixed. I had a small child with me who was very tired. They wanted to come and fix it at 11:45 PM. I told them don’t bother, but I want it to be compensated for the room. They did comp me one night, but for the inconvenience of not having a shower for two days they should’ve comped the whole thing. Especially because I’ve been a Hilton honor member for over 40 years.
