This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!

We had a very pleasant stay at D Hotel. Very excellent customer service from the front desk staff. The room is nice and was roomier than we'd expected. Stayed over Easter weekend for visit with my granddaughter, very comfortable room, great wifi a d very clean. Restaurant next door was convenient for meals, . The pool, hot tube looked very inviting, but didn't bring a bathing suit. Breakfast room was also nice to have, serving a well thought out menu. My only thought that was negative was the entrence was hard to find. Would stay there again and bring my bathing suit.
