Good hotel

The room is comfortable and clean. One negative is that the hotel is right next to the highway and the cars driving by are very loud. We can’t get the WiFi on. We are here for one night. The hotel met our needs.

I would stay at a Quality Inn again

It was convenient to the shops and food. We asked the staff where to eat. The restaurant they suggested was wonderful. On second day our key card didn’t work. They fixed it for us. It was great

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was OK. The only drawback is being right next the highway. The noise from the passing vehicles prevented a good night's sleep. This is of no fault of the hotel or the staff but it is something to take into consideration.

Not my usual chain but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the hotel. Run down for sure but my room was very clean. The gym was operational and so were the elevators. Breakfast was the usual waffles, coffee, yogurt spread. Disappointed that Expedia overcharged me.

Room for improvement

The price was better than other options and the breakfast was decent. We stayed three nights and they never cleaned our room, even though we asked them to, and they said our room was going to be cleaned. The lobby was freezing but our room was hot. The staff are nice and the pool was nice.
