At the moment breakfast isn’t being served but not a big deal, parking was very easy and close to the entrance not much walking having to be done, staff was very friendly and accommodating the place was very clean and very quiet definitely worth the money in my opinion looking forward to staying again

Staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. Jasmine at the front desk was superb with answering any questions we had, give that woman a raise. Rooms have been nicely renovated, however the cleanliness of it was not great. I would stay here again. Price point was great, location, and the free parking was a nice touch. The staff alone is the reason I would return if needed.

Was pleasently surprised given the reviews. My only complaint would be the lack of elevator which I either missed on the description or couldnt find. Either way i would have requested a first floor room if I had realized. Both the receptionist and GM were incredibly pleasant. The beds were comfortable and clean, the wifi was functional, and it met our needs sans using the stairs which for the price point was refreshing. If I had to nit pick there was some incredibly minor maintence/paint upkeep that could be done but I have seen far worse at higher rated and more expensive hotels in the area.

The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to work. LOL

Only thing good was the amount of parking. Let’s start with the room. Tub was leaking and had some dirty areas. Floor was dirty. We notice there was hair and crumb bits left on the bed. Tv wasn’t working. Something was wrong with the Roku they had in there. Vending machine for drinks was messed up. We got up for breakfast in the morning cuz it was advertised when we booked the room. We wake up and asked about the breakfast and there was none. Something about having no license to serve. Why wasn’t this noted on Expedia or told to us when I checked in. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff that worked there was very nice. Very polite. But it was just a terrible way to spend one night and not having breakfast in the morning was terrible. Am I entitled to any compensation? Partial Refund? I hope so.

I stayed here while attending a convention nearby. The staff was fantastic. I wasn’t in the hotel for many hours, but the room was more than adequate. The rooms and lobby offered all the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Although construction is still going on in the building and the hallways are not as clean as could be, the remolded room was clean and very nice, especially for the price. The bed is very comfortable. Once the renovations are complete, the property will be quite nice. Convenient location. Close to the hospital.
